Hot assembly method: By heating the bearing to expand it, it is easier to assemble onto the shaft. Suitable for bearings with an outer diameter exceeding 100mm, the heating temperature is generally controlled between 80-90 ℃ to avoid annealing.

The assembly methods of bearings mainly include the following:

Manual assembly: This is the most common and basic assembly method, in which the operator manually assembles the bearing components one by one to the designated positions. Suitable for

small bearings, low cost, but requires certain assembly experience and technical level.

Hydraulic assembly: using hydraulic pressure to push bearing components for assembly, suitable for larger bearings or assembly tasks that require greater torque. Hydraulic assembly can ensure

the accurate assembly of bearing components to the designated position.

Hot assembly: Assembly is carried out by heating or cooling bearings and their seat holes, utilizing the principles of expansion and contraction caused by temperature differences. Suitable for

interference fit bearings, it can reduce clearance and improve assembly quality.

Cold assembly legal: applicable to bearings with an outer diameter less than 100mm, cold assembly is carried out through sleeves and hammers. Attention should be paid to avoiding metal

debris from entering the bearing and protecting the shaft from damage.

Hot assembly method: By heating the bearing to expand it, it is easier to assemble onto the shaft. Suitable for bearings with an outer diameter exceeding 100mm, the heating temperature is

generally controlled between 80-90 ℃ to avoid annealing.

Press fit method: The bearing is pressed into the hole by external force, which is suitable for large-scale assembly and can improve efficiency.

Punching method: using impact force to quickly install bearings, suitable for situations that require quick assembly, saving time and labor costs.

Vibration assembly method: using vibration to assist in automatic alignment and assembly of bearing components and seat holes, suitable for tasks with high precision requirements,

improving assembly quality and production efficiency.

Choosing the appropriate assembly method can improve efficiency and quality. Choose the appropriate method based on specific assembly requirements and conditions, such as manual

assembly for small bearings, while hydraulic assembly and thermal assembly are suitable for large or high torque bearings. The selection and use of cold assembly legality and hot assembly

matching rules are based on the bearing size.
